Corrections are the most useful thing you can send: a report on the wrong water, a notice we missed, a date or a volume that does not match the source, a sewer operator's alert page. Agencies, towns and sewer operators are welcome to tell us what to cite. Every message goes to a person.

This form does not reach emergency responders. To report a spill in progress, call your state environmental agency's emergency line.
