  "INCIDENT_REPORT": "The leak began on 10/9/26 at 10:00 am and ceased at 10:45 am. There was a spill from 2 manholes on Motor Pool Rd that was caused by rags and debris in the lift station at plant #2.There was approximately 7,500 gallons spilled with 1,500 gallons recovered. Some of the flow went down a storm drain into a ditch that flows into 5 filtration ponds. The rest soaked into the ground. The ponds flow into Lake Conine. Lime was spread where the spill occurred. We will start collecting samples from the lake on 10/12/26 and post a sign as a precaution.",
