"INCIDENT_REPORT": "On 10/10/2026 At approximately 5:30PM, the Public Works Department received a call regarding an overflowing manhole. Staff immediately arrived on-scene to find that manhole 21-122A on North Bay Hills Blvd. was indeed overflowing. The overflow was caused by rags and grease blockage in the 8\" gravity sewer line located to the East of the Assisted Living Facility whose address is 3297 SR 580. Approximately 100 gallons of wastewater seeped out of the manhole into the grass adjacent. Staff utilized the vac truck to capture the wastewater overflow and disinfected the area. No waterbodies were impacted. The blockage in the sewer line was removed. On October 12, 2026, staff returned to Manhole 21-122A to investigate the system for additional blockages or damage. Utilizing the TV truck, staff inspected the gravity main extending south from the manhole. The inspection identified a telecommunications line that had been drilled through the gravity main. Staff immediately requested emergency utility locates. Repairs will be completed once all required locates have been performed. In the interim, staff is monitoring flow conditions daily until the repair is completed.",
