  "INCIDENT_REPORT": "Incident Description: On 10/14/26 at 2:20 am lift station 70 located at 1806 E 3rd St experienced a mechanical issue due to sustained power loss caused by hurricane Isaias. Untreated wastewater was released from an adjacent manhole at 225 gpm. The equipment was repaired and the spill ceased at 3:35 am. A total of 16,875 gallons were released onto the ground and into Watson Bayou. The area was washed down, and lime was applied where applicable.
