  "INCIDENT_REPORT": "On 10/22/2026, at approximately 0935 hours the City was notified a force main was damaged by contracting company (Burgess Civil) that was working on an FDOT stormwater improvement along Curlew Rd. Oldsmar, FL 34677. It is estimated that 4500 gallons of untreated wastewater spilled based on the amount that was recovered plus what was absorbed. It was contained on site and did not enter the storm system or surface waters. 4000 gallons were recovered by pump truck. The spill stopped at 1440 hours and the repair was completed.",
