"INCIDENT_REPORT": "At approximately 1400 on Wednesday October 28, 2026, i received a phone call that the fiber optic contractor struck the force main that runs from Lawtey CI to the Florida State Prison WWTP. Upon arrival ion scene i noted that the contractor had dammed up the site and dug a hole to keep the raw WW out of the pond on the property adjacent to the spill. We immediately had the lift station shut down and pumper trucks on scene within 30 minutes pumping out the containment and transporting it to the WWTP. i estimate the was slightly more than 30,000 gallons spilled as that is how much was hauled from the site to the facility. at approximately 2130 the repair was made and the flow was restored. most all of the raw ww was pumped out and removed from the site.",
