  "INCIDENT_REPORT": "On November 2, 2026 at 1:00pm Hillsborough County was notified by Public Works employees of water surfacing from beneath a sidewalk. Technicians were immediately dispatched, verifying an active leak from an ARI air release valve wastewater manhole. The contractor responsible for the recent construction responded, closing the ARV, stopping the release and allowing the ARV to be replaced. The SSO is estimated at 200 gallons with none recovered, entering the stormwater drainage system which conveys runoff to a retention pond and ultimately leads to Fishhawk Creek. The area was washed down and warning signs were posted around the pond. There was no impact to homes or businesses, and regulatory agency notification was made at 3:55 pm.",
