"INCIDENT_REPORT": "On November 2, 2026, NP-22 at 1401 SE Preston Ln. experienced sanitary sewer overflows as a result of a significant rainfall event in the area. The storm produced localized flooding conditions and elevated force main pressures throughout the collection system. Due to the intensity of the rainfall, flooding, and rapidly changing site conditions, it was not possible to accurately measure or estimate the volume of wastewater discharged from the affected lift stations. The overflows were directly attributable to the excessive inflow and infiltration associated with the storm event and the resulting hydraulic impacts on the collection system.",
