"INCIDENT_REPORT": "On 08-11-2026 at 6:00 am utility staff responded to a call of sewage escaping from the wet well of NP-22. 1401 SE Preston Ln. Upon arrival staff noticed untreated raw sewage escaping from the wet well lid at a rate of 100 GPM onto the driveway and swale area. The initial inspection discovered that the lift station main breaker was tripped. Staff reset the breaker and the station pumped down. Approximately 500 gallons escaped onto rocks and swale area of the station. The spill ceased at 6:05 am. Approximately 50 Gallons percolated into the soil or 10%. Vacuum Pumper truck recovered 450 Gallons of wastewater from the stone surface and swale. Staff was not notified of the issue through SCADA. Electrical staff have been notified to replace the main breaker and troubleshoot why SCADA did not alert on call personnel when the station lost power.
