"INCIDENT_REPORT": "The City of Bartow Public Works Department recently responded to an infrastructure issue regarding a cracked sewer pipe. Our teams successfully contained the situation, and no local bodies of water were affected. The cracked sewer pipe resulted in the discharge of approximately 1,500 gallons of raw sewage onto the ground and into a nearby stormwater drain, but the Public Works team acted immediately and deployed emergency equipment to the site. Thanks to their rapid response, workers successfully retrieved all of the raw sewage from the bottom of the stormwater drain before it could travel further or impact any local waterways.",
