"INCIDENT_REPORT": "On 08-16-2026 at 12:15pm utility staff responded to a call of sewage escaping from the ground at NP-24. Located at 4223 NW North Macedo Blvd. Upon arrival staff noticed untreated raw sewage escaping from the ground between the wet well and valve vault at a rate of 150GPM onto the driveway and swale area. The initial inspection discovered that the gasket from the existing repair coupling on the discharge pipe had deteriorated. Staff isolated the discharge pipe by turning off the pump for repairs to be made. Approximately 750 gallons escaped onto rocks and swale area of the station. The spill ceased at 12:20 pm. Approximately 75 Gallons percolated into the soil or 10%. Vacuum Pumper truck was used to wash down the area and recovered 675 Gallons of wastewater from the stone surface and swale. Staff spread 3 pounds of lime to disinfect the affected areas. No surface water or public access areas affected. Sampling is NOT required. All regulatory agencies and PSL internal notifications are proceeding according to protocol.",
