  "INCIDENT_REPORT": "A mine line connecting to the lift station detached causing a release in pressure and back flow from the Hillsborough County Sewer main around 3:00 PM on Friday August 14th. Hillsborough county did not arrive on the scene until 7:33 Pm when they were able to turn off the main value so the repairs could be made. Over 38K gallons of waste water spilled into the near by neighbors lot, the HOA common area, and the HOA storm water retention ponds. These ponds connect through wetlands to bull frog creek. Averett Septic is going out today to spread lime and pick up any debris left behind.",
