  "INCIDENT_REPORT": "This notification is to report a utility breach and subsequent sanitary sewer overflow (SSO) that occurred at the Bartow Executive Airport. A third-party contractor drilled into the force main leading directly out of Lift Station #14. The damage resulted in an estimated release of 0.025 MGD (million gallons per day) of raw sewage, which pooled onto the surrounding ground. Upon receiving notification of the breach, the City of Bartow Public Works team immediately dispatched emergency repair crews to the scene. The team successfully contained the spill, isolated the affected line, and completed the necessary infrastructure repairs to restore full system integrity. Remediation and clean-up protocols for the impacted surface area have been completed in accordance with standard environmental safety regulations.
