  "INCIDENT_REPORT": "FDOT contractor mowing bridge approaches found a FM leak under rip-rap as the FM transitioned from below grade to bridge hangers. Leak on the North-East side approach of the Lost Creek Bridge 200 yards south of 3361 Crawfordville Hwy. Found at 1400. Valved off to cease leak at 1430. Amount unknown, but it has hit Lost Creek which is not a moving body at the moment. Pipe repair and cleanup is underway at the time of this report.",
