"INCIDENT_REPORT": "The on-call Supervisor received a call from the Police Department at approximately 11:15 PM reporting that sewage was discharging from the lift station located at 3380 Dairy Road. The on-call Supervisor immediately contacted the lift station mechanic and dispatched the crew to investigate the issue. The crew arrived at approximately 11:45 PM and immediately shut down the lift station, stopping the discharge. An estimated 6,000 gallons of sewage was discharged due to a pipe failure at the lift station. The sewage remained contained in one area, allowing the Vactor truck crew to access the spill. The Vactor truck made four full loads, retrieving approximately 4,500 gallons of sewage. The crew continued working to restore the lift station to normal operation. Once the station was operational, the affected area was cleaned, washed down, and disinfected with HTH.",
