  "INCIDENT_REPORT": "Today ECUA had a Sanitary Sewer Overflow at 154 Ethel Wingate Dr. due to a broken force main (roots). The spill is estimated to be 1,500 gallons which did enter a nearby storm drain. Lab samples are being requested on Work Order 245539. Vac Truck crews were able to divert incoming flow, transport 2,000 Gallons, cleaned up the area and sprayed with a disinfecting biocide, while crews made the necessary repairs. A compliance report will be emailed, once all the information has been verified for accuracy. Thank you.",
