"INCIDENT_NAME": "Liftstation SA Failure at Raintree Village",
"INCIDENT_REPORT": "On September 27th, 2026, at approximately 1200, the City of Temple Terrace was notified of a wastewater spill. Upon inspection, the spill resulted from a lift station failure. We estimated the spill volume by multiplying the flow rate by the duration, resulting in 4000 gallons. The spill is not ongoing and ended at approximately 1245. The majority of the spill was contained within the lift station. The recovered 2000 gallons were pumped from the vac truck and disposed of in the sanitary sewer line. After inspection, there was no known health hazard, and the situation was controlled after the spill. To our knowledge, there is no impact on nearby bodies of water. We treated all contaminated soil surfaces with lime and washed all contaminated hard surfaces with a diluted chlorine solution.",
