"INCIDENT_REPORT": "A Contractor for AT&T hit a 6\" PVC C900 force main and cracked the pipe. Wellington was notified immediately and was able to shut down the main quickly. The cracked pipe was cut out and replaced with a segment of new pipe and two mechanical couplings. Estimated 1,000 gallons of sewage spilled, and an approximate estimate is 500 gallons recovered. The sewage affected 1 storm drain that leads to one body of water. The sewage on the ground was recovered with a vac truck and portable vac trailer. The storm drain has been pumped out with a hydraulic pump discharging into a sanitary sewer manhole for the duration of one hour. One driveway and partial sidewalk were rinsed down, and water recovered with a vac truck. The grassy area was disinfected with lime.",
