  "INCIDENT_REPORT": "On 10/05/2026, Jernigan Gardens Apartments experienced a private sanitary sewer system blockage, causing a sanitary sewer overflow out of a clean-out cap at an apartment unit on the south side of the property and onto the road. A private contractor was able to unclog the private sanitary sewer system blockage, releasing the pressure on the system and restoring normal flow. Approximately 1455 gallons were released from the system, impacting the one nearby stormwater drain onsite. The impacted area was sanitized and the residual wastewater was pumped-out and collected by vactor truck at the impacted storm drain. Lake Alert signs were posted at two access points on Lake Lawne.
