  "INCIDENT_NUMBER": null,
  "INCIDENT_NAME": "Lift Station 52 Overflow",
  "INCIDENT_REPORT": "During a biweekly preventative maintenance inspection of Lift Station 52 on August 19, the operator discovered that the high-level audio alarm was not functioning and that the Hand-Off-Auto (HOA) switches were not in the 'Auto' position. These conditions prevented the lift station from operating and alerting as intended, resulting in an overflow of raw wastewater. The discharge began at approximately 11:30 and ceased at approximately 11:45. The total estimated discharge was approximately 50 gallons, including approximately 20 gallons recovered from the valve vault. Approximately 20 gallons of wastewater were recovered from the valve vault and returned to the lift station. The impacted grassed area was limed and sprayed down. The high-level audio alarm will be repaired. Upon completion of the repair, photographs will be taken to document that the lift station controls are in the 'Auto' position and will be submitted with the completed work order. The control settings and alarm operation will also be verified as part of the corrective action.",
