"INCIDENT_REPORT": "On 10-08-2026 at 06:45 pm staff responded to a call for a sanitary sewer overflow from sanitary sewer 6-inch low pressure main located 2410 SE Grand Dr. Upon arrival staff noticed untreated raw sewage escaping from the ground at approximately 25 gallons per minute. The vacuum pumper truck was dispatched to recover the escaping sewage from the ground and the spill was contained at 07:15 pm. Approximately 750 gallons escaped into the grassy swale area. Approximately 75 gallons percolated into the soil or 10% and the vacuum pumper truck was used to recover approximately 675 gallons. It was discovered to be a longitudinal crack in the 6-inch low pressure main. The crew made necessary repairs, and the area was cleaned up and disinfected. About 5 pounds of lime was spread over the affected area. No surface water or public access areas affected. All regulatory agencies and notifications are proceeding according to protocol.",
