1. Reported wastewater outlet

Operator named in the record: OCUD/SOUTH WRF. Outlet: “PS3848,¿Meadow Woods Master, 10-21-2026”. Location: 28.37475, -81.34570; location source: given in the source record, accurate to about 15 metres.

Outfall: a pipe or outlet where wastewater enters a water body.

2. Waters named in the notice

The notice names no water. No receiving water: the report says the discharge did not reach a water. The report is kept here but is not placed on a water and colours none on the map.

3. Estimated downstream stretch

We estimate routes only on rivers before they become tidal. We do not estimate routes through tidal water or lakes.

Map sources: water outlines and launches from OpenBoatLaunch and OpenStreetMap contributors (Open Database License); wastewater outlets from EPA and state records; downstream estimates by DirtyWaterWatch using U.S. Geological Survey maps and flow data. Base map: OpenFreeMap and OpenMapTiles.

"INCIDENT_REPORT": "Incident Description: The PS3848 subarea experienced wastewater overflows associated with a downstream force main replacement. The pump station's collection system became surcharged, causing an overflow at the pump station and OCU manholes 38480002 and 38480027 to overflow. Field Services staff constructed a containment berm at the pump station site to contain approximately 40,000 gallons of the discharge, while the remaining wastewater entered the stormwater system. A bypass pump and tanker trucks were used to recover the discharge from the stormwater system. Field Services staff washed down all affected areas. The recovered volume includes a mixture of wastewater, stormwater, and washdown water. Signage was placed around storm water ponds that could have been impacted, and water samples are being collected for analysis. Repairs to the 24-inch force main are completed. The approximate gallons released and recovered are estimated to be as follows: Gallons released: 45,000 Gallons recovered: 200,000 Gallons discharged to surface water:' 0 Wastewater Type: Untreated Cause: Repair Spill Volume: 45,000 Volume Recovered: 200,000 Waterbodies Impacted: N Clean-up Status: Complete Clean-up Actions: Vacuumed/pump truck, Washed down area, Water samples taken, Signs posted Agencies Notified: [removed]",
