"INCIDENT_REPORT": "Incident Description: City of Sarasota Wastewater Collections personnel received a report of wastewater leaking from a manhole in the alley behind 1289 N. Palm Ave. Upon arrival, staff deployed a polyurethane temporary spill-containment barrier and used a vac truck to control the spill. A second vac truck was brought in to clear the blockage in the main line. Approximately 50 gallons of untreated wastewater leaked from the manhole, but it was contained within the alley and recovered using the vac truck. The affected area was treated with lime, washed down, and vacuumed. The investigation determined that an InPipe Technology microbial FOG-treatment dosing panel, previously mounted inside the manhole, had detached from its mounting and fallen into the pipe invert, causing a blockage to form around it.
