"INCIDENT_REPORT": "On November 3, 2026, at 7:30 a.m, a sanitary sewer overflow occurred at a gravity sewer manhole at 688 NW 20th Street. Heavy rainfall and flooding surcharged the downstream gravity sewer system, limiting the available capacity of Lift Station 80 toward Lift Station 84. Approximately 420 gallons spilled, of which an estimated 400 gallons were recovered. The spill remained contained within the affected area; no wastewater entered a storm drain or reached a waterbody. Crews shut down Lift Station 80, vacuumed the wastewater, and thoroughly washed and disinfected the area with HTH and lime, completing the cleanup.",
