The overflow began at approximately 11:00 AM and was stopped at approximately 11:30 AM, for an estimated duration of 30 minutes. The estimated discharge rate was approximately 10 gallons per minute, resulting in an estimated total overflow volume of approximately 300 gallons.\r\nWastewater discharged from the manhole onto the surrounding ground within the easement area. The overflow did not reach a surface water, stream, wetland, or other waterway. Based on field observations, there was no discharge to a surface water of the Commonwealth. Following termination of the overflow, lime was applied to the affected ground surface as part of the cleanup and disinfection response.\r\n",
