"incident_comment": "A sewage spill occurred from the Henrico County sewage collection system on Monday, May 25, 2026. The spill occurred at SMH# 052NE009, upstream of the Almond Creek Sewage Pumping Station located at 5700 Old Osborne Turnpike. The spill resulted from excessive rainfall that occurred on May 25, 2026. The overflow ceased once the rain diminished. The spill entered Almond Creek.\nThe overflow began on May 25, 2026, at approximately 9:40 PM and ended 110 minutes later at approximately 11:30 PM. The sewage spilled from the manhole onto the surrounding grassy area and into Almond Creek. With an average flow rate of 200 gallons per minute, it is estimated that approximately 22,000 gallons of sewage spilled from the manhole. The area surrounding the spill was cleaned and lime was applied. No adverse effects were noted.",
