"incident_comment": "A sewage spill occurred from the Henrico County sewage collection system on Thursday, June 18, 2026. The spill occurred at SMH006048, located in the rear of 5729 Stonehurst Estates Terrace. The spill resulted from a blown fuse at the private station, Henley SPS, in the rear of 12200 Ellaberry Lane. The overflow ceased shortly after the fuse had been replaced.\nThe overflow began on June 18, 2026, at approximately 8:45 PM and ended 998 minutes later at approximately 1:23 PM on June 19, 2026. The sewage spilled from the manhole onto the surrounding grassy area and into Tuckahoe Creek. With an average flow rate of 50 gallons per minute, it is estimated that approximately 49,900 gallons of sewage spilled from the manhole. The area surrounding the spill was cleaned and lime was applied. No adverse effects were noted. HOA is working with a contractor Power & Flow Solutions to purchase a new controller to prevent this from happening again.",
