Approximately 10-15 gallons of water overflowed onto the ground when the cap was removed from the cleanout. The overflow did not reach state waters. Water was jetted into the cleanout to free the blockage. They replaced the cleanout cap and sprayed down the grass and driveway to remove any solids left behind. The call was cleared by 11:00 pm.
