The area was cleaned by 10:00am on June 26, 2026. The amount spilled was approximately 50 gallons, none reached a waterway. The Town got an excessive amount of flow from the Carroll County PSA pump station. They had a line break on their line coming from their pump station that feeds to the town which was repaired then they pumped the pump station down which in turn overflowed the line and came out of the manhole. The incident was closed on July 1, 2026.",
