"incident_comment": "On July 10, 2026, [name removed], Operator at the Lebanon WWTP, provided email notification reporting that an overflow occurred on July 9, 2026, at 10:00 am at the Cedar Creek Pump Staiton. Staff found a lead electrical wire to the main pump had touched inside the pump and was causing it to short out. An estimated 1000 to 1500 gallons overflowed into Big Cedar Creek. Staff used a 1200-gal pump trailer and Collins Septic truck service to immediately start pumping and were able to slow/stop the overflow during repairs of the pump station pump. At 2:00pm on July 9, 2026, the new motor was up and running and the overflow stopped. An electrician/SCADA technician was called out to check the alarm call-out system and to check wiring in the pump station. The incident was closed on July 13, 2026.",
