"incident_comment": "On July 22, 2026, [name removed] with Woodard & Curran, Contract Operator at Wolf Creek WRF, provided email notification reporting that on July 22, 2026, an overflow occurred at two manholes at the Wolf Creek WRF. The overflow started at 1345 and stopped at 1400 the same day. The amount was approximately 400 gallons and the overflow entered the ditch line drain area approximately 100 yards from the manholes. Heavy rain overwhelmed the manholes downstream for a short time. Also, there could possibly be partial blockage in the downstream lines. Staff stopped any water from entering the manholes, such as filter backwashing until the lines were empty. A sample was collected for BOD analysis. Cleaning and possibly camera the line has been scheduled with the collection department and will be completed as soon as possible with the Jetter/line cleaning truck unit. The incident was closed on July 24, 2026.",
