"incident_comment": "Per follow-up for DEQ-PRO Water Compliance Inspector [name removed]:\n\n\"I just spoke with [name removed] (Safety Administrator) and [name removed] (Facilities Manager) at FCC Petersburg about this morning's sewage. According to [name removed], staff discovered a ruptured force main while investigating an area of ponded water at the site. Maintenance crews are currently working to determine the extent of the damage and repair the pipe. Staff confirmed the facility had the replacement parts needed and estimated the repair would be complete this evening. [name removed] confirmed that the release did not make it to state waters or the site's stormwater BMPs / MS4 outfalls.\n\n[name removed] noted that 66,000 gallons was the total amount of flow pumped from the facility's pump station to the sanitary sewer system between 0800-1200 and estimated that only a portion of this flow actually released. The facility had stopped flow to the damaged piping at the time of the call. \n\nTowards the end of the call, I discussed remediation / best practices (containment, disinfection) with both [name removed] and [name removed] and informed them of the summary / five day report requirement. I will file all correspondences related to this event in ECM / IR#324781.\"",
