The manhole started overflowing at approximately 5:28pm on August 17th due to a lose of power to the pumps because of a blown fuse in the control panel. Repairs were made and the manhole stopped overflowing at 6:30pm on August 17th. The estimated amount of the overflow was 2,000 gallons. The overflow did reach the adjacent stream.
