"incident_comment": "DEQ staff received a call from a citizen regarding 605 MHP (VA0090140). The citizen reported ongoing issues at the facility, Six-0-Five MHP STP including persistent sewage odors and concerns regarding the operation of the wastewater treatment plant. This facility is currently in enforcement and is in a pump and haul state. DEQ staff conducted a recon inspection on 8-26-2026. During this inspection, DEQ staff observed that the wastewater treatment plant is mostly off line, with no flow leaving the SBR tanks. Additionally, no flow was observed in the UV tanks, Post UV, Post aeration and at Outfall 001. DEQ staff walked down the receiving stream for about 100 feet. The stream had no flow or signs of solids at the time of inspection.",
