"incident_comment": "Per email from City of VBPW, Yesterday at 9am we were made aware of an illicit discharge at 545 Sharp St, Virginia Beach, 23452. What is presumed to be a small quantity of sewage was being drained from an RV onto the property owners’ yard. Inspectors assessed the site and confirmed no impact to MS4. Inspectors were unable to make contact. A notice of violation was issued, and code enforcement was notified. A CE Inspector cited the RV and trailer for their positions on the lot and for being used as a living space. Additionally, it was cited for a property maintenance violation under public nuisance for the sewage discharge.\n\n5 Day Letter received. Hose has been removed and VB Code Enforcement following up on their citations.",
