"incident_comment": "A sewage spill occurred from a pipe segment between SMH101NE019 and SMH101NE012 in the road in front of 1606 Glenside Drive on September 2, 2026. The spill resulted from a collapsed pipe causing a sinkhole on the right southbound land of Glenside Drive. The spill entered the storm system which could possibly discharged to Upham Branch.\n\nWe noticed the the spill on September 2, 2026, at approximately 9:15 PM. County Staff vacuum out the sewer on September 3, 2026, at approximately 10:30 AM, and the overflow ceased. The estimated volume of discharge is approximately 3,975 gallons. The area affected has been cleaned up, and no adverse effects from the spill have been observed.",
