An estimated 1,500 gallons of mixed liquor suspended solids (MLSS) was spilled onto concrete, grass, and a plant drain.\n\nACTION TAKEN TO RESOLVE PROBLEM The operator received a text alarm for a high level in the digester and immediately returned to the plant.
