Approx 50-100 gal discharged but did not reach any state waters.\n*A bypass pumping system was set in place to perform CIPP on the Moores Creek interceptor. The bypass piping was staged along the road with road ramps in place to allow access to driveways of property owners. A property owner drove off the the side of the road ramp, and the tires unlatched the camlock connection resulting in the bypassing piping being loosened.",
