The sanitary piping at this location terminates at UOSA (Upper Occoquan Sanitation Authority - unpermitted). Approximately 670 gallons of sewage was discharged into a woody area and infiltrated. No impacts to storm drains or surface water. Fairfax Co staff removed the blockage and restored flow. Report submitted - requirements met. No additional corrective necessary.",
