    "location_comment": "It appears to be a sanitation holding station in the ground. (It is located on the left side of the property - closest to Truitt Rd. When you look at the property from 523 and 525 Truitt Rd through the lot that was recently cleared. The tank is in the ground to the right of center line of the two lots. I have witnessed a Royal flush truck pumping from the tank.",
