  "INCIDENT_REPORT": "On August 25, 2026 at 12:01pm Hillsborough County was notified by a citizen of an overflowing manhole. A technician was immediately dispatched and confirmed the release. A grease blockage was cleared from the gravity main stopping the overflow. The SSO is calculated at 250 gallons with none recovered, flowing into a storm drain which leads to Sweetwater Creek. The affected area was washed down and there was no affect to homes or businesses. Regulatory agency notification was made at 1:55pm and the County environmental team was notified to investigate sampling.",
