"INCIDENT_REPORT": "On September 22, 2026, the City of Tampa Wastewater Department became aware of a wastewater overflow near 6010 N. US Hwy. 301, due to a broken (ARV) air release valve. The air release valve was damaged by Synergy Utility Group, a private contractor that was directional drilling and excavating along the ditch line. The overflow started at approximately 1:54pm and ceased at 3:40pm after the air release valve was closed. The volume of the overflow was estimated at 3,180 gallons. The overflow discharged from the broken air release valve and accumulated in a ditch adjacent to the pipeline, where it was contained. Sewer cleaners were able to collect 3,000 gallons of the overflow from the ditch and emptied back into the collection system. There was no evidence that any of the overflow reached surface waters.",
