"INCIDENT_REPORT": "Incident Description: At approximately 7:35 p.m., water entered an electrical control panel and caused a short circuit, resulting in the loss of the influent bar screens. Debris subsequently accumulated on the bar screens and caused an overflow. Operations staff attempted to reset the equipment but were unsuccessful. Staff then bypassed the affected system until on-call maintenance personnel restored the equipment to service. The overflow occurred from approximately 7:35 p.m. to 8:04 p.m., with an estimated volume of 18,309 gallons. Nearby floor drains captured the majority of the released volume. However, a portion of the flow was confirmed to have entered a storm drain that discharges to waters of the state. A Vactor truck was dispatched to the site, and initial recovery, cleanup, and washdown activities were completed. Additional cleanup activities are ongoing.
