Fletcher Ave. Technicians responded to the location and determined a city maintained force main was partially blocked, causing an overflow from a cleanout in front of a private pump station. The overflow discharged from the cleanout and accumulated in a parking lot where sewer cleaners vacuumed approximately 2,000 gallons of the overflow from the private pump station and also from the parking lot.
