On 10/15 at 2:15 pm I was notified it had turned into a bigger problem being a broken 12\" forechain. When I arrived crews and contractors were working to keep the flow down for the pipe to be fixed. At that time a manhole onsite began to overflow directly into Big Lige creek, while the force main break was contained to the ditch. Pipe was replaced, manhole stopped overflowing and sampling began 10/16.",
